We act as an intermediary to facilitate the purchase of new, pre-owned, and demo luxury vehicles by coordinating with authorized dealers across India. We do not directly sell vehicles; rather, we provide consultation, negotiation, and coordination services to streamline your purchasing experience.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the inquiry and consultation process.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials or communication channels established with our team.
- You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You must not use our platform to conduct any fraudulent activities or transmit any harmful code or materials.
4. Limitation of Liability
CarCierge India provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to secure the best possible options and pricing through our dealer network, we do not guarantee the availability, final pricing, or condition of any specific vehicle.
We are not liable for any actions, omissions, or breaches of contract by third-party dealerships, financing institutions, or insurance providers. In no event shall CarCierge India be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
5. Intellectual Property
The website, its original content, features, functionality, and design elements are owned by CarCierge India and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our materials without our express written permission.
6. Brand Mentions and Trademarks
All brand names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on our website, including but not limited to Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volvo, Lexus, Jaguar Land Rover, Porsche, Maruti Suzuki, Tata, Mahindra, Hyundai, Toyota, Kia, Skoda, MG, Honda, and all other automotive brands, are the exclusive property of their respective owners. CarCierge India is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a subsidiary of any of these brands. We are an independent third-party service provider offering car buying assistance and coordination services on behalf of our clients.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You may also discontinue your use of our services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
8. Governing Law
Terms governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
